big doins in summertime!

j. took great pleasure in trying to eat him/ tear off various parts of his face/body. he did not succeed.

we also got together with the 27 peeps. pictured are the offspring minus one camera shy little girl.

friday night was the big nite out. i attended the wedding of the beautiful jessica rose. the night went well and i am tres jealoux as alex and jess head to CA and hawaii. i am headed to the backyard.

jess chose bridesmaids dresses that truly can be worn again. her sisters wore yellow and the other girls wore black. i wore my nightgown.

and as for j. walking, he’s still mostly doing more walking as prompted by, “come to mommy,” rather than doing it himself, but there has been an increase in that as well. however, his FAVORITE way to walk is definitely like this:
